What We Cover
- Identity verification (PAN Card, Aadhaar)
- Employment history and current employment status (EPFO/UAN)
- Financial reliability (Credit Score)
- Court records and criminal history (where legally permissible)
- Professional certifications and credentials
What We Do NOT Cover
- Personal opinions, character assessments, or psychological profiling
- Financial worth, income, or asset verification
- Family background, social status, or caste-based information
- Religious beliefs or personal practices
- Past relationships, marital history, or dating activities
- Medical history or health-related information
- Social media content or private communications
Disclaimers & Limitations
Best Effort Verification
All verifications are performed on a best-effort basis. While we aim for accuracy, completeness, and timeliness, MeraWedding Trust cannot guarantee that all information is fully accurate or up-to-date. Verification outcomes depend on third-party responses.
No Guarantees
MeraWedding Trust does not guarantee the authenticity of any information received. Our reports reflect only the information obtained from legitimate verification channels.
Decision-Making Guidance
Verification reports are one tool to support informed matrimonial decisions. Families should consider multiple sources of information and personal judgment.
Limitation of Liability
MeraWedding Trust is not liable for any outcomes, damages, or losses resulting from:
- Incomplete or inaccurate verification results
- Decisions made based on our reports
- Delays in receiving verification responses
- Misuse of verification information
Privacy & Consent
Explicit Consent Required
Written consent from the individual being verified is mandatory. Consent must be freely given and can be withdrawn anytime before delivery of the report.
Confidential Handling
All collected data is treated confidentially. Verification reports are shared only with the requester and the individual verified.
Data Security
Appropriate security measures protect collected information, though no digital transmission or storage method is completely risk-free.
Biodata Usage & Data Protection Compliance
Purpose of Collecting Biodata
As part of the matrimonial verification process, MeraWedding Trust may require certain essential biodata information including (but not limited to) the individual's name, age, educational history, employment details, and other factual elements presented in the biodata of the prospective bride or groom. This information is used strictly for the single verification assignment they were provided for.
Strict Use Limitation
Biodata and personal details submitted by either party are used solely for the single verification assignment they were provided for. MeraWedding Trust does not use, reuse, or repurpose biodata for any other assessment, analysis, or third-party service.
Legal Compliance & DPDP Alignment
MeraWedding Trust operates fully within the legal framework of India and adheres strictly to the Data Protection and Digital Privacy (DPDP) Act guidelines. All collection, storage, processing, and deletion of data follow government-mandated standards to ensure privacy, safety, and compliance.
No Unlawful or Extra-Legal Checks
We do not perform verifications that violate Indian laws, governmental policies, or privacy norms. All checks are factual, document-based, and legally permissible.
Deletion of Data & Documents
All personal documents, biodata copies, and supporting materials shared with MeraWedding Trust are deleted within one working day after the final report is delivered. We do not retain documents or use them for any other purpose after the completion of the assignment.
Accuracy & Verified Information Only
MeraWedding Trust conducts verification strictly on parameters where factual confirmation is possible through legitimate documentation or authoritative sources. We do not include hearsay, personal opinions, assumptions, or oral confirmations from unverifiable origins.
No Bias or Personal Judgments
Every verification is carried out objectively, without bias, prejudice, or personal interpretation. Only fact-based and provable information is included in the final report.
Terms of Service
Service Fees
The Premium Trust Report is priced at ₹2,999 (one-time payment). Fees are payable in advance. Once verification begins, fees are non-refundable regardless of outcome or completeness.
Timeframes
Verification timelines depend on responses from third parties. Reports are typically delivered within 7–10 days. Delays may occur, and specific completion times cannot be guaranteed.
Termination of Services
MeraWedding Trust reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if:
- False information is provided
- Services are requested for illegal or unethical purposes
- Verification violates laws or ethical standards
- A conflict of interest arises
Modification of Terms
These terms may be updated. Significant changes will be communicated to clients with active verification requests.
